When summer solace ends,
Autumn comes with many
goodbyes, trees drop their
leaves, and beautiful flowers
wither and die.
As Winter advances the cold
days steal the warmth of the
joyful sunshine.
(But this is not the end, it’s
only a cycle).
Soon Spring comes along,
offering new life, in due time.
The changing season reminds
us that life is short and sweet,
and death is certain and harsh.
Each mile reveals a new horizon
And thankfully bad times don’t last!
